I believe in emotional design — being able to sense the right emotions and carry them through the entire experience, from concept to final UI. We’ve all learned how to create clean, structured layouts; the next step is bringing them to life.

I’m comfortable leading a small team. I enjoy working hands-on and laying the foundation early, while also breaking the work into clear tasks, delegating effectively, and maintaining quality through thoughtful oversight.

I proactively set expectations for everyone involved so the team is aligned on what success looks like, what each person is responsible for, and what they can expect in return.
